Student Program Coordinator

The Student Program Coordinator is a full-time staff member of teh Federation of Students who maintains the day-to-day operations of the campaign, and reports to the Chair of the campaign. The Student Program Coordinator supports the One Waterloo volunteers and ensures that the campaign operates smoothly.

Steering Committee

The One Waterloo Steering Committee oversees the One Waterloo campaign and ensures that the activities of the campaign fall in line with its mission and goals. The Steering Committee meets at least three times a term, and sets strategic goals and plans for the term. The Steering Committee is also responsible for evaluating the success of the campaign, and presenting their achievements and recommendations to the Federation of Students Student Council.

The One Waterloo Leadership Team is a group of dedicated students who assist the Student Program Coordinator with the planning and coordination of campaign activities.Leadership Team members are passionate about the campaign and are required to commit 5+ hours of their time per week.
